This breathtakingly beautiful cake is symphony of flavors and textures and was created by the very talented C-CAP Alum, Cristina Torres of firstname.lastname@example.org using Pic's Boysenberry Real Fruit Spread and Heilala Vanilla ground vanilla powder. Cristina, an accomplished pastry chef, graduated from The Art Institute in Los Angeles and Drexel University in Philadelphia and has worked at such notable restaurants as Amis Trattoria in Philadelphia, PA and Lukshon in Culver City, CA. She is currently hosting pop-up shops in Southern California that feature her incredible desserts and her mom's famous tamales.
